Brenda is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the private client services area and joined Blaze Acumen in April 2004.
Brenda’s many years of experience working closely with high net wealth family groups and corporate executives has enabled her to specialise in a number of areas including:
- Taxation and accounting services for individuals, private companies and family trusts;
- Self-managed superannuation funds;
- Personal services income and businesses;
- Taxation planning including establishment and management of family trusts and private companies;
- Estate planning and compliance; and
- Establishing and managing charitable trusts and Private Ancillary Funds (PAFs).
Brenda has had extensive experience in helping clients establish and run their Private Ancillary Funds (“PAF”), negotiating with the Australian Taxation Office, the Australian Charities & Not-for- profits Commission and working closely with our clients’ legal and financial advisors.
Brenda is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Tax Institute of Australia and a Registered Tax Agent.

Yi Ling has over 10 years’ experience delivering taxation and advisory services to corporate and privately owned enterprises as well as Australian subsidiaries of multinational companies.
Yi Ling has a thorough knowledge of tax and accounting issues, including experience in the areas of:
- Personal and Corporate tax;
- GST / BAS reporting and compliance;
- Taxation planning;
- Income tax reporting / compliance;
- Property development and GST issues associated with it;
- Family Trusts;
- Structuring advice;
- International tax issues including inbound and outbound investments;
- Tax consolidation;
- Thin capitalisation; and
- Fringe Benefits Tax.
Yi Ling has experience with clients across a range of industries including:
- Property development;
- Manufacturing; and
- Professional services.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce, Member of the Certified Practicing Accountants in Australia.

Prior to joining the Blaze Acumen team, Vincent was a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Private Clients Group where he specialised in the business services/corporate tax sub-group.
Vincent is a member of the Blaze Acumen Corporate Tax Team, holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Vincent specialises in providing advice to companies and business owners in relation to:
- Income tax compliance (corporate and non-corporate entities);
- Family trusts;
- BAS reporting;
- Business restructuring;
- Fringe benefits tax;
- Payroll tax;
- Tax consolidations;
- Capital gains tax; and
- International tax issues.
Vincent has experience in advising corporate and business taxpayers and in particular, Australian subsidiaries of multinational companies. Vincent has advised clients in industries including manufacturing and distribution, information technology, hospitality, entertainment, professional services and consumer products.

Daniel has over 15 years’ experience in advising private and family owned businesses, high net wealth families and Australian subsidiaries of multi-nationals on a wide range of tax, commercial and family office matters.
Daniel has expertise in a wide range of industries providing advice in relation to:
- Income Tax reporting and compliance
- Personal Services Income
- Family trusts and trust tax matters
- Financial reporting,
- GST/BAS reporting,
- Capital Gains Tax
- Private Ancillary Funds
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Management) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Adam is an experienced SMSF advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the areas of strategic wealth management and the accounting industry.
Specialising in SMSF advice and compliance, Adam has assisted superannuants in achieving their goals and objectives for over 16 years. Adam can balance technical aspects with practical application and thrives on seeing strategic initiatives translate into better outcomes for clients.
Areas of specialty include:
- Self-managed superannuation fund administration and strategies;
- Retirement planning and strategies;
- Taxation planning;
- Tax disputes and resolution;
- Personal advice; and
- Estate Planning.
Adam is also a member of CPA Australia, is registered with the tax practitioner board and is an authorised representative of Complete Latitude (AFSL holder).

Jack has over 12 years’ experience in providing high quality accounting services and taxation advice to clients. Jack helps a wide variety of clients, including high net wealth family groups, small to medium sized businesses, Australian subsidiaries of multinational groups and across different cultural backgrounds.
Jack is passionate in providing proactive strategies and advice to clients through a pragmatic approach to achieve positive outcomes.
Jack started his professional career in the banking industry before focusing his career on accounting and tax. As a result Jack has a very valuable commercial background to assist clients and is also a native Mandarin Chinese speaker.
